Benchmark is successful because of our quality resources. One of our most valuable resources is the dedicated team that keeps Benchmark operating smoothly and efficiently. Benchmark utilizes technology in our operations but still relies on qualified specialists to ensure accuracy. One of our most essential specialists is Benchmark’s Best for May, Connie Ward, Invoicing Specialist. She helps connect customers with our product through accuracy and attention to detail.
Check scanners and teller printers are reliable financial equipment but encountering an issue in your device is frustrating. If you are a part of Benchmark’s Repair Program, you get to see the dedicated work from our technicians firsthand. If not in the Benchmark Repair Programs, if you have ordered any refurbished check scanners or printers, Benchmark technicians worked hard to repair and recover those devices. Technicians are a foundational part of Benchmark’s success and we would like to celebrate Service Technician, James Lennon, as Benchmark’s Best for April.
Benchmark prides itself on recruiting professionals we can trust. Encouraging growth from the first day to well into their career, Benchmark is always finding new ways to empower our staff. In his short time with Benchmark, he has earned a rise in the ranks moving from a Software Installer to a Senior Software Installer. His professionalism and fantastic attitude will help shine a path for incoming installers and will continue to light the way for our Projects Management department.

Zachary Stevens is a vital part of keeping Benchmark’s software products high functioning and continuing customer satisfaction. His efforts on the software development team extend into helping preserve our exceptional software products like CashWare. Benchmark engineered CashWare, a middleware application that helps cash recyclers communicate with teller applications. By designing our own product, we can identify and assist with the real needs of tellers in banks and credit unions quickly and efficiently. CashWare is teller-friendly and easy to use for the end-user, but maintaining and perfecting CashWare requires knowledgeable engineers like the September Benchmark’s Best, Zachary Stevens, Software Engineer.
