Remote Software InstallationsWith our online fulfillment system, you have the option to order RDC software installs for your end users. Benchmark contacts the end user to schedule the installation and performs the installation and initial training needed. Once the installation is completed, you are notified. |
Service Request InitiationIf your end user experiences a problem with their device that requires a repair, you can initiate a service request within TraxIT. Our service request module generates your Repair Order (RO) number upon submission and sends an automated email with information related to the repair. |
ReportingTraxIT offers a variety of custom reports that can give your team a bird's eye view of your equipment in the hands of your end users.
