Branch Remodel
When branches are undergoing branch transformation, they come to us to manage the project from start to finish. A branch remodel project is customized to your transformation needs, but it still follows a general timeline of events:
1. Site Surveys:
Site surveys are a necessary step for a branch remodel project. We survey the branch and collect all the necessary information needed to complete thorough planning of the rest of the remodel. The deliverable is a document that takes the guesswork out of an installation.

2. Remediation:
Were there any issues in the site survey phase? If so, this is the time we plan for the exceptions to ensure delays are not incurred later in the process.

3. Deinstallation:
During this step, we bring in our licensed technicians to deinstall your existing equipment. Depending on your branch remodel plan, we will either take your existing equipment back to our facility for repair or send it to be recycled if you are replacing it with new equipment.

4. Reinstallation:
Once the old equipment is taken out, either new or repaired equipment is brought back into the branch to implement your remodel plan. Our technicians assisting with the installation are all vetted and trained to ensure the best service and installation possible.

5. Recycling of Equipment:
Any equipment that is not being taken back into the branch is sent to be recycled at our facility. In regards to hard drives, data can either be electronically shredded making it impossible to recover data or mechanically shredded making it physically impossible for data to be recovered from hard drive magnetic data platters. As a service to customers, Benchmark provides reporting documenting lawful disposal of equipment subject to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).

What is ProTrac?ProTrac is a web-based software solution developed by Benchmark Technology Group to solve the project management problem faced by any organization requiring onsite work to be performed concurrently at a number of sites. ProTrac resolves the need by providing real-time status updates as well as any notes regarding an installation. The project team and clients all have visibility to the progress being made for the entire project. The easy color coding of milestones gives a quick glance of the status of the overall project. ProTrac is an indispensable tool for service organizations and companies facing technology deployments throughout their footprint.

Specialized Deployments
Benchmark has the ability to help with specialized deployments, such as kiosks, digital signage and cash recyclers/dispensers. These devices need the special care that Benchmark can offer in order to get them installed correctly in a timely manner. We also offer custom specialized deployments when necessary.
Kiosks
Kiosks are now a part of our everyday marketplace reflecting multiple aspects of a customer’s interaction or experience whether it be financial, retail, transportation or simply informational. Benchmark can manage the installation from site survey, logistics and site prep to the end user training and device support post installation. We can also provide preventative maintenance on the device itself as well as the modular components within. Regular visits to the device will increase up time, as well as minimize a poor customer experience if any portion of the device is not functioning as it should.
Digital Signage
Benchmark offers all services relative to digital displays, screens and mounting from planning and scheduling through the installation and configuration. We continue our service with the testing of the installed signage and content displayed and working with your internal teams to assure the new signage functions and displays the media as designed and intended.
Cash Recyclers
Cash recyclers and cash dispensers are extending their role in cash automation to help secure cash, establish better controls, expedite accurate cash handling and provide integration to other applications. Benchmark has the expertise needed to plan for installations that require the proper device moving equipment. We make sure all devices are properly installed, configured and tested for end-user operation. We can also provide software integration solutions and end-user training for the devices.
