Whether it’s banking technology like check scanners or teller printers, Keith is well versed in how to develop a custom solution to your problem. Check scanners are banking equipment that can be needed both in and outside of banks and credit unions. Some check scanners are a part of the teller line or pod system, and other check scanners are deployed to RDC end-users. Keith understands the specifications needed for each environment and knows how to match the perfect check scanner or printer for your bank or credit union. Beyond banking equipment, Keith can help you navigate Benchmark Services. The benefits of having an experienced professional like Keith means that you have access to thirty years of tips, tricks, and best practices when navigating larger projects with solutions and services. Whether it’s a quick block of Help Desk calls to support your internal team or your RDC end-users or a massive installation project from a merger or acquisition, Keith can get you on the path to success. How long has Keith worked for Benchmark? Keith has been a part of the Benchmark team for 31 years. He has always been a member of the sales team and continues to find success with the incredible relationships he has built. Over Keith’s tenure with Benchmark, we have seen him prosper and grow. Benchmark is truly a family affair for Keith. His daughter, Ariel Finney, is a Project Administrator for our Services division. Keith has been an essential part of Benchmark’s growth and success and we are very thankful to have him. Success Story Thirty years of relationship-building leaves you with some incredible stories. However, one instance stands out to him with a surprise ending. Keith and a customer had discussed the benefits of new equipment versus refurbished equipment. Ultimately the customer selected the refurbished option and Keith followed up and shipped the refurbished equipment. The customer received the shipment but was puzzled. The customer wanted to know why we had shipped brand new equipment instead of refurbished equipment. Keith informed them that the shipment was all refurbished but that Benchmark’s Repair Center, cleans, maintenances, and verifies all refurbished devices to ensure top quality. Keith has had this happen often. Hobbies outside of work? Keith is a gamer! No, not video games! Keith prefers the timeless fun of crossword puzzles. So don’t be surprised if he is great at puzzles and word games. Another game he enjoys is golf. He plays golf often. His favorite golfer playing in tournaments right now is Tiger Woods and his favorite golfer ever is Jack Nicklaus. Favorite Food? Atlanta’s food scene has everything but it’s hard to mess with a universal favorite: Mexican food. Keith’s favorite food is Mexican, and his favorite dish is hard tacos. Hard tacos are always satisfying and crunchy! We want one now! What are you watching these days? NBC has one of the strongest selections of original shows in both comedy and crime. Keith has been enjoying one NBC crime show, The Blacklist. The Blacklist follows a fallen government agent and notorious fugitive, but he returns to give information on infamous fugitives from his ‘blacklist’.
