In May 2023, Benchmark Technology Group achieved SOC 2 Type 2 certification for Security. Hale oversees go-to-market strategy and sales for an array of current and future Benchmark offerings. He also holds the same title at Avivatech LLC, a leading software business specializing in cash and check automation solutions for branch banking and retail environments and an affiliate of Benchmark.
Hale brings two decades of experience in business technology and software, most recently with Konica Minolta Business Solutions. In his previous role as Konica Minolta’s VP of National Sales Programs, he simultaneously managed several nationwide programs with a focus on business technology hardware, integrated software, and professional services, many outside the company’s historical lines of business. Herrin formally joined the company on January 30, following a two-year consulting engagement assisting with the integration of Benchmark and Digital Check, as well as with the launch of the combined company’s Avivatech® software group. He previously held executive roles with Drummond, 4Over, Inc., and most recently owned and managed HCG Inc., a management consulting firm that has helped multiple leadership teams through growth and performance planning, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Herrin possesses more than 30 years’ experience in sales, marketing, corporate strategy, and business optimization.
