Quick and Easy Online
Equipment Ordering
TraxIT allows you and your team to place equipment orders in minutes providing you with more time to focus on your business banking needs. Items can be added or removed from your catalog at your discretion and can include: check scanners, consumables, extended warranties and more.
Remote Software Installations
With our online fulfillment system, you have the option to order RDC software installs for your end users. Benchmark contacts the end user to schedule the installation and performs the installation and initial training needed. Once the installation is completed, you are notified.
Service Request Initiation
If your end user experiences a problem with their device that requires a repair, you can initiate a service request within TraxIT. Our service request module generates your Repair Order (RO) number upon submission and sends an automated email with information related to the repair.
Reporting
TraxIT offers a variety of custom reports that can give your team a bird’s eye view of your equipment in the hands of your end users. Reports can include billing and shipping information, as well as serial number history. If you have warehouse equipment at Benchmark’s facility for future deployment, you can also check inventory levels.
