Independent audit validates the rigorous controls supporting the systems and platform used in Benchmark’s managed services for financial institutions.
ALPHARETTA, Ga., September 23, 2026 – Benchmark Technology Group, Inc., a leading provider of managed services, RDC fulfillment, banking equipment lifecycle management, and cash automation solutions for financial institutions, today announced the successful completion of its fourth consecutive SOC 2 Type 2 certification. The audit included the company’s TraxIT RDC fulfillment and asset management platform. The examination concluded with no exceptions noted by the auditor.
Conducted in accordance with the standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the comprehensive SOC 2 Type 2 audit evaluated the operating effectiveness of Benchmark’s controls for security, availability, and confidentiality over a 12-month period. The audit examined the company’s corporate systems and customer-facing application, validating that they met rigorous standards for security, availability, and confidentiality for the duration of the audit.
Benchmark provides a broad portfolio of managed services that allows financial institutions to supplement their internal resources while maintaining high standards for security, availability, and confidentiality. Benchmark’s portfolio includes project services, RDC solutions, hardware solutions, cash management solutions, and fraud mitigation services. These services and solutions help banks improve operational efficiency while managing risk.
TraxIT is Benchmark’s web-based platform that enables financial institutions to efficiently manage remote deposit capture (RDC) fulfillment and support operations. The platform streamlines device ordering, provisioning, inventory management, warranty administration, repair tracking, and logistics, helping treasury management teams deliver faster, more efficient service to their commercial banking clients.
“Our clients depend on us to manage mission-critical treasury operations with reliability and security,” says John Magniello, vice president of managed services at Benchmark. “Maintaining SOC 2 Type 2 certification demonstrates that our internal controls, operational processes, and technology platforms have been independently evaluated against the high standards our banking partners expect. We take pride in giving banks the added assurance regarding the systems and processes supporting the exceptional service we provide to them and their customers.”
As fraud risks and regulatory obligations continue to evolve, financial institutions are placing greater emphasis on partnering with organizations like Benchmark that demonstrate and maintain independently validated security controls.
“Financial institutions trust us to handle their critical workloads and represent their brands as we engage directly with their customers,” says Preston Herrin, president of Benchmark. “We’re committed to maintaining disciplined security practices designed to support secure, reliable service delivery.”
