Benchmark Technology Group has immediate Sales openings at our corporate headquarters location in Alpharetta, Georgia. Since 1985, Benchmark Technology Group has provided banking hardware, software and related services to financial institutions across the country. Our successful Sales Staff markets these branch automation solutions to banks and credit unions of all sizes, primarily via the telephone.

Software Developer
The software we develop enables banks to process teller transactions, open new accounts, manage compliance reporting, automate cash handling and offer customers the convenience of remote check deposit. Our applications continue to evolve and we are working on product roadmaps that will take advantage of mobile and tablet computing platforms as well as the most advanced cash handling technology. The software developer in this position will have an opportunity to work on several product lines, but the current priority will be working on the next generation cash automation products. Cash recyclers and cash dispensers improve customer service, reduce errors and offer security in bank branches. You will be part of a cross-functional team and work with a variety of cash handling hardware from a number of manufacturers using our software to interface to most of the leading banking systems. The position may require travel to customer sites and manufacturer locations, and providing technical support during and occasionally after normal business hours. Good verbal and written skills are required as well as exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. This position also has flexibility in working in either our Farmington, CT or Alpharetta, GA locations.

Requirements:

The position requirements include 5 or more years of application development experience working in ASP.NET;
Experience with VB.NET, C++ , SQL, branch banking applications and cash dispenser/recycler hardware is also beneficial.
Developers will be required to use hardware API’s to implement desired business functionality.
Other projects may include mobile and tablet applications in Xcode and Android development environments and web development.

Sales Account Manager
We have a unique inside sales opportunity for enthusiastic, motivated individuals who have been successful selling over the telephone. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where results are rewarded. All top-tier products. All top-tier customers.

Hardware sales experience is a plus.
Sales to financial institutions is a plus.
The ability to find and develop new customers is key.

Salary plus Commission.

Branch Automation Software Sales
We have a unique inside sales opportunity for enthusiastic, motivated individuals who have a successful track record of selling branch automation solutions both over the telephone and face-to-face.

Responsibilities include:

Contacting financial institutions to discover sales opportunities.
Develop and close those opportunities.
Maintain these customers.

Requirements:

Self-reliant individual.
Exceptional verbal and written skills.
Ability to make professional presentations to top management.
A minimum of 5 years of software sales to financial institutions is a must.

Bank Software Project Manager
Benchmark Technology Group currently has available a project-oriented position which requires active, ongoing support of all bank branch software solutions offerings.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

Must be able to perform demonstrations and training via WebEx or onsite.
Must be able to work independently and shift priorities based on market demands and development cycles.
Minimum of 5 years of system analysis or project management experience in the banking industry with primary focus in Bank and Branch Operations solutions.
Active involvement in either Bank or Branch Operations with an IT focus is a plus and would be considered as part of the 5-year requirement.
Some travel to customer sites is required.

Salary commensurate with experience.
